I am PAINED by the camPAINS...Campaigns...
Is anyone else sick and tired of the political ads on tv? OMG...right now I don't really care who wins...just get off my TV! Washington will definitely go Obama, so we don't get to see the Presidential Candidate's commercials. The big thing around here right now is the race between Dave Reichert and Darcy Burner. Okay, they aren't even in my district so I don't really care. Dave Reichert votes with Bush. Okay, he's a republican. Chances are he's going to vote with "W." Reichert was integral in catching the Green River Killer, so I would prolly vote for him. Darcy Burner said she has a degree in economics from Harvard. She really has a degree in computer science from Harvard (see...www.harvardhoax.com). Oh and she has zero public service experience...anyway....Please just stop the insanity.
I can't take it anymore. I'd rather watch Billy Mays on TV! In fact...I'm voting Billy Mays for President! Instead of tax relief checks, we'll get a thing of Oxy-Clean, a sample of Orange Glow, and The Awesome Auger! Richard Simmons will be his VP running mate. Farewell to fat! Gastric Bypasses for EVERYONE!
Sure, there is the Dino Rossi vs. Chris Gregoire for governor race. It's pretty heated, very close and I'm tired of the commercialls. I wonder how many are still undecided? Will these commercials change any one's mind? The thing is...there haven't been any new ones for a while. Maybe have a commercial starring Stewie from The Family Guy...now I would watch that. Maybe Stewie should run for prez...
Is anyone else sick and tired of phone calls from "campains" and every other group with an agenda? If I get one more call from the Obama campaign (not even a real person that I can yell at...it's a recording) or Planned Parenthood wanting to "help" me pick my candidates, I will start going medieval on people. I've already turned in my ballot. Leave me alone.
Don't get me wrong...I love our political process. I'm so thankful that we each have a say in how the government is run. Our candidate may not win, but we can say that we voted. If you don't vote, then you can't complain. I'm just ready for it to be over. I'm going to go listen to Disco Sweat and get some KaBoom to clean the bathrooms.
